Looking at her picture and her posture, I don't think the guy is a pedophile or that she is a victim. Not at all. But then who am I to say what really happened.

well i think by the very definition, a pedophile is someone who is sexually attracted to young/preteens...those who haven't hit puberty yet.

Agreed. The definition of a pedophile requires that the victim be prepubertal. At 16 (and looking at the picture)....I don't think there's any doubt that this girl reached puberty quite a while ago.
They're both using each other. After all....when was the last time he was talked about this much all over the internet? Who knew the girl's name before this? This is PR that money can't buy.
It's a bit creepy....but in my opinion, BOTH parties here know exactly what they're doing.
