PESHAWAR: At least 16 people have been killed and 25 wounded in a suicide attack near main gate of judicial complex at Khyber Road here.
DMS Lady Reading Hospital Dr. Sa’ab Gul, while talking to Geo News, has confirmed the killing of 16 persons. Five injured reported in a critical state.
According to police source, the blast occurred in front of main gate of judicial complex when a suspected person was asked for body search so he blew him up.
Khyber Road has been closed for traffic after the blast as rescue teams reached at the scene. Police have cordoned off the area.
DCO Peshawar has ascertained the number of deaths as 10 while 12, according to him, were injured who had been admitted to Lady Reading Hospital, media reports quoted him as saying.

I think while Army is clearing these lunatics, they can police the whole country, local security forces and intelligence should rise to occasion and hit them hard before they strike.
May be Peshawar is being too soft target for them as its close to the havens of these terrorists.
Make strong community so they can identify any suspicious activity around them and inform authorities.

Indeed its another sad news, innocents being killed for no reason.
But mere killing those terrorists wont make things better. What needs to be done is to fight the ideology which makes Talibaan, and I m afraid that not enough is being done in Pakistan in this regard.
Its high time that policy makers in Pakistan recognize the root cause of this problem which is nothing other than religious fanaticism.
Now lets see whether there is someone who can bell this religious cat.

PESHAWAR: Unidentified terrorists attacked a police mobile in Pujn Khatta Chowk here killing one policeman and wounding many others.
According to sources, a bomb planted on the road went off with an ear deafening blast, when the targeted police mobile was on routine patrolling in Punj Khatta Chow.
After the blast the unidentified terrorists also opened fire on the police mobile killing one policeman and wounding four others.
Meanwhile, according to Lady Reading Hospital administration 10 injured policemen have been brought in the infirmary.
