15 the anniversary of serebrenica massacre was held yesterday, when 8000 muslim boys and men were killed by serbs. These people had given their weapons to UN troops who were supposed to maintain a protected enclave, instead these Dutch forces handed over 1500 muslims to serbs in exchange for 14 soldiers held by serbs.
A request for Nato aerial attack was denied because the requesting commander did not fill the “proper forms.”
Prior to the massacre, these people endured a long siege when no food or water could reach them.
Greek volunteers also took part in this massacre to help their “orthodox christian brothers” and greek flag was hoisted in serebrenica.
Re: 15th Anniversary Of Serebrenica Massacre
And then they wonder why were so full of hatred…
The UN couldn’t be prosecuted either cos it’s exempt from prosecution…
I can see dark days ahead… the massacre was a wake up call but we have yet to wake up.
20+ years of insurgency in Kashmir… decades of Palestinian struggle and then to top it off the war on terror…
I wonder what the world would have done if the massacre had been of Jews in Hebron who number about maximum of 2000 and were slaughtered by 60,000 plus Arabs.
Re: 15th Anniversary Of Serebrenica Massacre
A detailed article on wikipedia on this
The videotape of the massacre showed christian priests blessing serbs before they killed bosnian civilians.
Re: 15th Anniversary Of Serebrenica Massacre
Do we as Muslims living in west think this can't happen to us? Please wake up before your nice old next door neighbour pulls out his shotgun on you. Be aware, that's all I'm saying.
Economy has gone down the toilet, the war on "terror" is on it's last straw, people are fed up of governments and unemployment makes people do crazy things... it only takes one incident and we'd be lucky if we were treated like the Japanese in America during WW2.
Re: 15th Anniversary Of Serebrenica Massacre
^ Yeah and the Partition was something my mentor lived through and i steel feel the pain through his teachings so it's a wake up call for us all.
Heck tho world can say what it like about militants but they dont take no **** when it comes thier way... only the liberalls are the ones who are gonna regret it.
Re: 15th Anniversary Of Serebrenica Massacre
UN is just a joke.
Re: 15th Anniversary Of Serebrenica Massacre
^ Yep it sure is...
It's powerless against a puny nation like Isreal and cowers from the zionists, but when it comes to Bashing Muslims or anyone who's weak and posseses wealth or resources then suddenly resolution after resolution gets pumped.
And when it comes to fighting and peace keeping... they can't fight where they have to and they can't keep the peace eaither...
Utterly useless!
Reminds me of the League of Nations that Hitlers Germany walked out on.
Re: 15th Anniversary Of Serebrenica Massacre
A powerul country is the only defense against such atrocities, and not the militancy that is destroying and killing their own people.
Re: 15th Anniversary Of Serebrenica Massacre
I agree... but for any country to be powerfull it is a must to have a strong millitary or para-millitary force.
Some nations had no standing army but were made up of volunteer millitia that did the job just as good as any regular army... all modern armies started off as millitant factions that grew.
Anyway with regards to Srebrenica massacre there would never have been such a loss had the Muslims been prepared for it... in any disaster scenario preparation is the key to survival.
I'm not saying every Muslim should learn to fight and be a jihadi, becuase Jihad is more than just gun toting everyone performs it.
What i mean is that Muslims should never allow themselves to be in such a helpless position in the first place.
No one can foresee disaster but i have had many experiences which have shown me that even best friends cannot be relied upon... you can trust them but never depend on them.
