Yeah, I was wondering about that- if I’ll get searched IN Pakistan or after landing here. The latter didn’t make sense but even the former isn’t registering well. I guess I’m petrified at the thought of Pakistani men or women looking at peoples’ nude images on their screens ![]()
Pakistan doesn’t have full body scanners as they are extremely expensive.
They will be padded down before they are allowed to go on the plane.
So for example, if there is a direct flight from Lahore to New York, then Pakistanis will pad them down.
If there is a connecting flight from Europe, then first they will be padded down and then they will have to go through a full body scan before they can board the plane.
I was wondering how muslim women will feel when their nude images will be displayed on the screen. The Europeans have offered them the alternative of being padded down in private.
Re: 14 Countries on U.S's shyt list
Pakistani airports have had this 'patting down' as part of their security screening for a long time now, which is done in a segragated corner. I definitely prefer that to being subjected to a public strip search via a computer screen open to all and sundry for viewing pleasure, whether in USA or Pakistan, equally creepy.
Re: 14 Countries on U.S's shyt list
I have absolutely no problem with this and I travel to the US 2 or 3 times a year.
Re: 14 Countries on U.S's shyt list
may b they will treat muslim female passangers softly ???????? compare to muslim males.?????
