I’ve heard of the cake in a mug too, never tried it though. You need to make sure you it for the correct time depending on the wattage of your microwave.
ohhh that chocolate cake in a mug was such a waste … it was just proper sponge , not the cake … but later i made up my own recipe similar to that one and just added abit more chocolate and milk… and it came out looking perfect …
I sometimes make myself oatmeal when at work … just pop in 3 tablespoons of oats in a cup and half teaspoon sugar and start boiling it in the microwave… mix it every 30 seconds … and lovely creamy oats are ready …
whenever I needed to massage my baby's tummy with warm towel I put a small towel in microwave for 40 seconds. It saved me alot of time as I didn't have to turn on the iron and wait for it to get hot. :@:
other than that it serves alot of other purposes like :
Only thing I ever use my microwave for is defrosting and heating. I had no idea it could do things like boil eggs, cook omelets and cook paper. But why would you need to cook paper anyways?

incase they feel they are totally broke and hav no food in the house in the middle of the night .so roast some paper and eat it like crisps ..i ve never done this :D
oh yeah naan you can't really do well in microwave. same goes for desi roti. the only thing that works well for me right now is the lebanese pita bread, but only cuz i eat it so fast nerd
actually no it doesn’t kill any nutrients. some of the nutrients are better released when you heat/cook something, and if you don’t want to dirty 5 dishes just to cook something, then microwave it is :roman:
and baked potatoes are excellent in oven, no argument there but i dont have an oven. so HA!
