100ml bottle of aftershave in cabin bag

As far as i am aware regulations allow one to take upto 100ml of perfume/aftershave in your cabin bag (visible in a transparent sealable bag) YET if you travel with PIA the staff confiscate it prior to boarding? What up with that?

I have travelled with PIA for the very last time now (no more!) Just this incident irked me.

According to the TSA website, here’s the rule:

**3-1-1 for carry-ons = **3.4 ounce (100ml) bottle or less (by volume); 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3.4 ounce (100ml) container size is a security measure.

Maybe they had a different reason? Not sure if all airports and/ or airlines follow the 100ml rule.

I always travel with PIA but never allowed to take any thing up to 100ml.

but does the airline staff get to screen passenger bags? i thought the airport workers did that..

ive never had mine conficated i went pak may i was fine no one frm pia checked my bags while i was boarding i just went and sat down but there u go i never had anything over 100ml

PIA is a good place to shop for used/opened/unopened perfumes. try it!
