1/2 cup of steamed edamame with sea salt appx 110 calories

I skinless roasted/baked chicken drumstick - 75 cal
3 tbsp hummus - 80 cal
small baked sweet potato - 55 cal
25 dry roasted, unsalted pistachios - 85 cal
2.5 oz baked/broiled salmon- 99 cal
2 cups watermelon - 90 cal
2 tsp natural peanut butter - 65 cal
cup salsa - 70 cal
cup raspberries - 65 calories… my absolute favorite!
