GUJRANWALA: Additional District and Sessions Judge Sohail Akram Wednesday adjourned the hearing of bail petition for release of underage boy Ali Raza, who is behind bars in rape case, till tomorrow (Thursday).
The court ordered the SHO Garjakh Police Station Mian Tauseef, who also appeared in the court, to furnish a written statement to explain his position in reply to the show cause notice.
Police presented the medical report in the court and said that no doubt Ali Raza was an underage boy but the final decision of the case would be taken only after the medical report of the mysterious victim girl.
Ten-year Ali Raza was arrested on May 5, 2006 on charges of rape with 8-year girl Saba.
I so wish they would come up with a new TV system and super internet blockeage.
There should be a passward one must have to enter if they are trying to switch from one TV channel to another. Especially if a child is watching Disney channel he or she should only be allowed to swtich to nickelodean
Google or internet shoud come out with a special service. for internet kids or kid's google. Where they can only view certain things and parents can feel free to let them use the internet.
I dont think it has anything to do with climate, I think its the exposure of the child to stuff like that.
Its really sad, and I hope that Allah keeps our children protected from shaitan.

Astagfiruallah!
All of the technologies you mentioned exist. It is up to the parent to implement them and raise their children. Google and the TV are not parent replacements. This incident is more the fault of the parents than the child. This child must be so psychologically traumatized to do something like this.
and how can you control google? I know through Aol you can do parental controlling etc.. but kids can still open up IE and go on Google from there...
All news TVs come with a VChip, in the US. If you have cable, for a little extra you can have parental controls on what children watch. For teh internet, there are many programs, like Net Nanny.
But none of these absolve the parents. You can't expect to buy some software or a box and then not worry about what your kids see. They can still go to a friends house where they may not have these. It is the responsibility of the parents to temper the kids. Nothing can replace parents judgement and influence on the kids.
We hear one incomplete news story and want to regulate usage of television, internet and have gone a step ahead and already passed judgement on climate as part of classical blame displacement.
Come on guys!
We really don’t know what really happened here. Did the 10-year old really commit rape, or is he implicated falsely? Is he even physically capable of commiting rape (in its true medial and legal definition)? Even if he did commit rape, can’t he just be a sole nut case? What do we know about his television and Googling habits to be placing the blame there?
Don’t shoot off your hips, please.
In any case, the dude has been set free on bail, since the charges of rape against him were proved false in medical report of a team of senior doctors. Rape victim is deemed “mysterious” in the news report. Frankly, the whole story sounds extremely dubious to me. It can be true, ofcourse, and far from claiming that 10 year old kids these days won’t get into such trouble, but this particular news story is a whole lot of hog wash and proly a nefarious scheme concocted by some people with an axe to grind. In a nut shell, a 10-year old boy spent 20 days in a Pakistani prison.
