interesting game, i really thought Ghana played well and the thing that impressed me about this team throughout the tournament was their work ethic, speed and stamina, which saved them today because losing their best defender 37 mins into the game would cripple most teams, Ghana went on, some good saves, some lucky breaks but they deserved to win it.

Ghana is a beautiful country off the Atlantic Ocean in West Africa. Been there several times. They make the yummiest jollof rice, which is rice cooked in spicy beef.

jollof rice is a very tasty entree from west africa. Have tried it several times, it goes excellent with the ghanian oxtail stew.

I’ve never tried oxtail stew. I can give you a recipe for jollof rice and if you like fried plantain chips on the side…

i inadvertently read the first part of the title in urdu…“dus mann ghana”
