i cover my head when i sleep. and wihtout doing that i just cant sleep.wat should i do????:(

just cover your head and eyes and leave nose (nostrils) + mouth exposed or in a way that whatever u exhale, cant be inhaled easily..

(meaning ENTIRE head isnt covered, breathing the own breath)

Wow, I do 9 out of ten of those things listed above, no wonder most people say I have no brain when I open my mouth.

:smack: how can u sleep with ur head covered? i’ve fell asleep with the dupatta wrapped around my head twice..n both times i woke up in the middle of the nite..pissed. i wanted to wrip the thing off my head. it was soo annoying

i never used to but all of a sudden i just started doing it like a year or two ago…and sleeping with socks on is soooo annoying :mad: and i can understand dupatta cuz its wrapped but a blanket just covers ur face.
