1-1-1-1

was just checking out LIVE scorecards on cricinfo, and i noticed a bowler with the figures (1-1-1-1)…
i scratched my head over this and wondered how he bowled one over which was maiden and at the same time gave away a run…
looked closely and i found the figures were right, just did not notice properly…

so how do u think this can happen???

Re: 1-1-1-1

bowled the first ball of 2nd over a wide ball ? :konfused:

The batsman didnt score the run off his bat, but it was a leg-bye or bye

Re: 1-1-1-1

^^ but i dont think tht will count in bowler's account ?

Re: 1-1-1-1

I think it must ve been
1.1-1-1-1

Re: 1-1-1-1

no it was 1-1-1-1, and as cadet said, the first ball of the 2nd over was a wide....
it wud have been similar had the bowler bowled a no-ball....

so main jeet gaya:sweetif:

…You just got lucky! :stuck_out_tongue:
