This is exactly what the government is doing about provinces. Instead of solving problems of existing provinces, it is planning new ones. The idea of havng new provinces isn't bad at all, but there has to be some focus on the provinces we already have.
Similary, government should first concentrate on the areas that are lacking in basic facilities instead of starting new projects.
true, I would have personally liked the idea, but why the govt is forgetting that the current cities/town in Sindh are really in a bad shape, they win their seats from these places, yet shamelessly they dont think about developing these places? there is a huge shortage of Educational institutes/hospitals and how can I forget bad infrastructure/inflation
alot of districts/towns are deprived of clean water, like Ghotki/Thatta/Jacobabad/Umerkot/Badin, why these districts are always ignored? Also, due to last year flood, there is high level of malnuration in flood affected areas, these innocent kids are at risk of many diseases. there are many flood affected communities who still have no place to live they lost everything, their homes/farmlands/crops everything was destroyed.
Looks like one Malik Riaz was not enough... or is Malik Riaz moving to southern Sindh now? Why do we need to "create" another city? Few issues with it include: Baluchis will think they are being abandoned (Zulfiqarabad=remove remaining life in Gwadar, if there was any to begin with), Sindhis already crying of possibly turning into 'minority', on top of that Zardari announces "that necessary legislation would be done to ensure that only the locals retain property ownership rights.".... whatever the heck it means to him.
