Yes. I heard even the great George Bush praised her abilities. The only other person that can portray this image is the all encompassing Zardari.

I am sure you must have read recently a scandal registered for investigation. Zubaida Jalal imported a Director from her Balochistan on secondment in Federal Government Islamabad. He was made chief of poor girl students welfare fund chief. Recently an audit showd heavy irregularities. One of which is showing an expense of Rs. 17 million or 31 million (figure I do not remember now) which as per doucment is on mineral water for the Minister Zubaida Jalal. I am sorry I can quote now date and reference but it was published a month or so back as a hot sotry in the News Islamabad.

These are just fake stories. She has been a prolific person for area of his people (Mand) many years before joining the governement.
