Refutation of Bush Administration's Fatwa Attributed to Ayatullah Seestani(H)

I am only posting this particular post in the current thread observing that this thread is most popular amongst momineens so i hope YAM and others dont mind it. It is also very important because a sort of conpiracy and propaganda is bieng conducted by the Americans to degrade the moral and respect of Shii'tes using the IRAQ scenario.
In response to allegations of fatawi (religious edicts) attributed to Grand Ayatullah Seestani(HA) by the Bush Administration, the following is a statement from the office of the Grand Ayatullah, refuting any such alleged fatawi.

DATED: 30 MUHARRAM 1424
TEXT OF COMMUNIQUE ISSUED FROM THE OFFICE OF HIS EMINENCE GRAND AYOTALLAH SAYED AL-SEESTANI (MAY ALLAH PROLONG HIS LIFE) CONCERNING THE LATEST STATEMENTS MADE BY SOME AMERICAN OFFICIALS.
Many World News and Satellite agencies have reported a fatwa attributed to his eminence the Sayed (may Allah prolong his life) and in order to get to the truth of the matter we contacted parties and channels that are exclusive to us and till this moment there is no evidence proving the veracity of these claims.
We ask Allah the Blessed and Exalted to safeguard us from the evil of turmoil (fitan) and protect us from error and that He preserve/safeguard the principles of the true religion and righteous group/sect.
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds
