favourite part was when they sat together and met for rishta in sir abrar's office - awkwaaaaard silences and just ahhh - loved it!

I fail to see what is so wrong about this statement. She was just saying that she wishes her daughter would get married. The drama is not about feminism, from I understand.
"ghar bethana" is not the right phrase according to me.
not sure where you got the idea that i think its about feminism. but now that i think of it that way, a strong case can be made for it. so thanks! well who knows what your miscontrued def of feminism is

Kashaf had become lame, until today's episode. She was arrogant and egoistic, unnecessarily dragging an issue. Yeah, she had spats with Zaroon in University, but so what? Oh and she had made uncalled for accusations on Zaroon's character and made assumptions about him, that he is a bad person. When exactly, he had done not that much to her. Yeah, they had little arguments in University, but that's nothing. Oh and spending 2 years in University studying with someone DOES NOT MEAN, you know them really well. Especially when Zaroon and she weren't really 'friends'. I was getting angry at her. Thank god she said yes to Zaroon. About time.
I mean all he was doing was trying to tell her that he has changed and is serious about her. We do see his shift of attitude and behaviour in the recent few episodes, but Kashaf was the same. It became really annoying. She was dragging the same thing on and on. It felt so annoying to watch her do that and I seriously had pity on Zaroon, towards the end. First, I was all on Kashaf's side, until she started behaving weirdly and her arrogance got lame.

Zaroon has done nothing to her but she's ALWAYS complaining about how batameez he is to her, when in fact it's HER that's dropping his calls and speaking rudely to him and all sorts. Then after her rude behaviour she goes home and complains about how batameez he is to her sisters. "Meri kismat hi kharab hai" is her tagline - even when she's got an amazing job and naukers and this huge house, and then her friend proposes to her, and then ZAROON proposes to her - two proposals under her belt and an amazing job, and she thinks she is bad-kismaty?!!! Aggghhhh she drives me crazy!!!
Does she drive anyone else up the wall or is it only me shouting at the screen to shut up everytime she comes on?!!

I think the story made real progress in this previous episode, otherwise the previous 2 episodes were kind of dragging. I am so glad Kashaf got a telling off from her Mother; I felt like Kashaf didn't realise how much she was hurting her family by constantly rejecting the idea of marriage and by doing so she was jeapordising the very ideals her Mother believes in. Well done Samina Peerzada!
The chai ka cup scene was truly adorable and a fitting way to symbolise a change in Kashaf's thinking. Look forward to the next episode
