Both Zimbabwe and Bangladesh should lose Test status since both are the strength of club teams. If they can play tests, then Kenia has as good a case.
Make Kenia also a test country and let these three tour and play tests against each other (away and home). Allow these three countries to play test cricket againt the rest only on their home grounds. ODI's they should be alllowed to play against anyone anywhere. This will give these three the chance to tour and get used to different conditions while not throwing them for the wolves.
If these countries are continuing to play tests on the present basis, very valuable records will be smashed and it will demean the game.
