There is plenty of talent available in India. However, picking the right players up after satisfying the quota system is a difficult one.
I doubt that plenty of talent available in india for crickect other wise there are plenty of opportunities available for cricket still not many quality players surfacing.
Unlike cricket look at table tennis ... with out enough support indian team may move to chapions group in next team world championship
I think you are missing the point in my post. Indian cricket is the richest in the world and yet it is failing to produce players which can challenge international teams when established players are not playing. The question is whether the money is being spent in the right areas, i.e. on the development of talent at grass root level. To me it is very disappointing to see that the cupboard seems empty bar a few players.
PCB is not poor per se. Look at the pakistani team. Money and training play a part, but only so much.
