This is quite confusing. I remember reading other posts where the lady was very satisfied with zarichannel. She also mentioned they sent her a catalogue with other clothes and stuff too. Rosevilla, did you order some suits from them? Was the work bad? Can you please elaborate?

she could be hoax or may be she somehow got satisfied what she received but one thing is certain they are fake.

^^ Junaid, quite honestly, I think she's a hoax too. Granted I've never bought anything yet from that site, so I can't be completely sure. But I saw her message in the Bazaar Talk category, with a story about her experience from Zari Channel. It sounded completely fake. Her timeline was off, the story sounded fake, everything about it sounded like the owner of Bargello Shop, who already got totally trashed here on GupShup because his website is a total sham. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd bet money this person is lying. Oh well. I'll order something myself and find out.

I'm sure there are good websites out there -- but I'd like to see the actual customers of these other sites coming forward to vouch for their reputation, rather than the owners. Anyone can say their sites are reliable - as we've learned from zarichannel.com & Bargello. Hopefully, through forums like these,people will be able to discern which "online Pakistani Fashion Boutique"s to trust with their business, and which to avoid.

I ordered few dresses from Bargello and they were all good. In fact, if you take precautionary measures and confirm everything before putting an order thru then you can save yourself from any possible loss.
Remember these things:
1. Speak in person to customer service and try to find out if they are delivering the same quality of customer service.
2. How many number of customers do they have and in which countries.
3. What are other customers experiences
4. Ask for some customer references so that you can talk to them personally.
5. Check their business operations and physical presence. Some websites are publishing fake addresses and incomplete information. Make sure that they are in a commercial or industrial area and not operating from a car trunk or smaller home! Some website are having mobile numbers for customer service which is so unprofessional! Remember all +923 (03) numbers are the mobile numbers in Pakistan.
6. Check their credibility and that how long they have been in business.
Online security is everyone's business... If you are taking precautionary measures then no one can think of harming you in any way. I did the same with Bargello.com and found this company up to my satisfaction. I think companies like Bargello are leaving good impression in the online business industry.
