Kiyani and Pasha would rather have zardari take all the humiliation than anyone else. Much of it is deserved for PPP's worser economic performance contrary to jiyala rantings, but the army would have taken its share of blame if it were in power for security and strategic issues.

Memo gate had nothing to do with economic performance, Kayani and Pasha can tolerate any corruption, any incompetence, any level of 'no-development of any kind' but as soon as finger is pointed at 'boots' things start to heat up.

you elect them, now u cant complain. We had the same issues not too long ago. all those issues and many more. but now things are better because we believed in our democracy.

Seriously do you think Zardari is the reason for all this. Rail service was going down the drain after the agreement with China during Mush's tenure. Seriously this guy has been in power for a very short period of time. He could not have managed to do all this during his short tenure.
Being an Indian, I admire Zardari for his tenacity and being at the right place at the right time. A one time 10%, I expected his career to be finished when BB was ousted. He has outclassed many of his traditional rivals and sustained over this difficult time.

Yes and that is what Faryal Tapore said the other day to PPP, that prepare for election and it is not going to be an easy one.
We would simply rejected him had he been an ordinary politician, but he is Zardari, carries a long record of corruption and brief-case bomb and shoe-bomb kind of thing, the person who went on vacations when the worst flood hit Pakistan last year, and this year when people are getting killed by his party and his other allies in Karachi all he did was sit back and watched the merciless killing of Pakistanies and the reason for him being doing nothing was, all parties involved were his friends and he didn't wanted his friends to be angry or upset with him.

Take him, we will not ask him back... if needed we can also arrange for Money, we somehow would manage to collect a million or two which we will pay to whomever host him...

Steel Mil was doing great, in fact have reserves of million the day before he became president and fired then GM of Steel Mills and got his friend over there...
Railway, was not in ideal situation, but they were atleast reliable and was there, now, we don't know if the rail service will be available or because there is no Diesel available, the may have shut down for infinite period..
PIA was also not in ideal situation but not bearing so much loses either, never was the case in the history of PIA that it have to ground its plane or could not take-off just because it have no money to buy feul
The only reason he is there because since he got elected, everyone wanted him to complete his tenure, just to not let him escape with any argument saying we was not given enough chances...
