Security factor might be an issue for BD, but keep in mind AL is currently ruling BD and they are very anti Pakistan since '71 debacle and this factor plays an influential role in decision making of BCB. And, I agree with Zaka Ashraf’s statement. This BD team got the official test status due to Pakistan lobbying for them in ICC. But, they seem to look at things from political stand point as far as Pakistan tour is concerned. I can assure you if the other party was in power IN BD, this tour would’ve gone thru.
