ashtray - Karela cut up in slices, chilli powder, haldi, salt and oil…mix togetheradd 2 tablespoons of sugar (for a vessel full)…(keep for an hour)…spread out on the tray and grill

^^ how much chilli powder, haldi and oil. 2 tblspns is an aweful lot, you must mean teaspoons.
What do you mean keep for an hour (let it marinade????), and when I grill for how long?

For about 3 kgs you’d need like 2 tablesoopns of all ingredients…coz a lot of it gets drained out as it marinades…as for teh griling part…well I like em crisy brown..come like it slighty soft…so I put in on fan+grill option at a medium setting…takes about 20-30 mins
Madhanee my fav is stuffed Karela…stuff it with “ussal” bean sprouts cooked in “meat” masala with cubed potatoes..tastes fab!
