not only is Yousuf right to be angry, we should share his outrage. we played the last two test series with 1.5 batsmen (counting Yousuf as one and Umar Akmal as a half). so, we played with 4 bowlers, 1 serial catch-dropper, 1.5 real batsmen and 4.5 dead weights. not even great teams can afford that much dead weight. a team like ours certainly can't afford to carry so many non-contributing members.
Younis as a batsman has nothing to prove. if the guy said he was ready to come back, he should have been brought back immediately. and as far as the argument of domestic performance, etc goes, do players like Farhat/Faisal Iqbal keep getting selected because of their magnificent domestic performances? yeah right!
