A person whose over all behavior and over all personality doesnt match his qualification/education. I believe you get education to be a better person and to act sensible.
Ppl who inforce their wrong ideas on you and claim confidently that THEY ARE RIGHT. Top of it when he/she is not ready to listen to others ideas.
A great turn off for me is when ppl talk about intimate/very personal stuff in public (males n females) e.g. intimate clothing , even if it is going on in a chat room. I simply loathe it. Coz anything that crosses the ethical limits, turns me off badly from the person.

-Guys who pick up their own mess
-Mohabbatti people, both girls and guys
-Authoritative yet kind voice
-Strong straight nose (have no idea why, just looks manly or something)
-Outgoing, confident people...being overly shy makes me feel like you're really self-conscious and think too much about me scrutinizing you...which, in turn, makes me think you're looking at me the same way...ehh.
-Being down to earth, like seeing an uncle playing puzzle with a kid at a dawat, or a rich guy just driving a camry..that sort of thing
Turnoffs
-neuroticism (ex the type of ppl who do the splits during namaz cuz they want to be 'shoulder to shoulder foot to foot' or the type of ppl who count calories and carbs)
-Road rage
-Guys who are overly prissy...your beard shouldn't have intricate designs...that means to me u spend too much time on your face
-big logos. both my sister and my mom have LV and coach bags, but i personally hate both brands. i just dont say this to people outside my family because i dont want to alienate every female i know!
-Girls who talk in baby voices
-Fake laughing and forced excitement. ex. "me: yeah i went to the mall. friend: OMG ME TOO!!! woOOwwwo me: wtf..)
-poor hygiene. clutter is ok but dirtiness is not!! dont rub ur dirty buggles all over the tolia, dont cough phlegm into the sink and not rinse it..PISSES ME OFF
