Smokey eyes (not the dark kind with black eyeshadow over the lid), maybe smokey eyeliner would describe it better...and light pink lips. So neutral in both.

It depends what i'm doing, what i'm wearing but majorly it's light eyes with a pinky lipstick. Last year tho it was a red lipstick! That was my signature and i loved it! But i can't seem to pull it off anymore :( then earlier this year it was dark eyeliner but then i grew bored of it - so I went through a pink lipstick phase. Currently it's no make up - just mascara LOL i go through sooo many phases :/
