I shred everything..to a point that begum calls me shredder...which I take as a compliment as I remember shredder the villain from TMNT.
while majority of id thefts do NOT happen due to people dumpster diving, it is an issue however and one thing that consumers can control.
oh and get a mailbox with a lock on it..that helps
like faisla I cant stand those balance transfer checks and also the preapproved offers annoy me.
I am seriously thinking of joining that lifelock deal..120 bucks a year but i think worth the peace of mind, it has its issues but seems like a good thing
