the transplant was a success, although it did leave a few stitch marks on her body. she is still in the intensive care unit but will be back to normal soon.
this wouldnt have been possible without the wonderful people at the Sick Children Hospital in toronto. big round of applause for them. and ofcourse all the guppy prayers

Theyre all seven years old now and very beautiful. The one who had the surgery is 100x times more shararti than the other two who are like meek little princesses. She is very strong alhamdulillah but its been a tough life for her so far because of constant need of medication (body not fully accepting new heart) and parents often having to rush her to to Sick Kids Hospital in downtown in the middle of the night.
