MAC fluidline dries up after about a year. There are ways to rescue it, with contact lens solution or glycerol.
I use it everyday, so after a year, even if it isn't finished, I don't mind buying a fresh one. I prefer the 263 as it's synthetic which is better for gel or creamy products. I also wet it and squeeze the excess water out by pinching it to make it completely flat and sharp.
And I was very careful in selecting one with a completely straight slant and well packed fibres. All brushes aren't created equal.

For everyday I've been using Revlon's pencil eyeliner in black brown...i used to stick to black only and never thought brown had that 'oomph' factor I was looking for...but I like the one I'm using. For regular basis, I put it on my waterline...never on top...

^ I have a Bobbi Brown gel liner which has dried up :( and also a MAC 266 brush which I find difficult to apply eyeliner with..
I just placed an order for the 2 products you mentioned! Now have to wait a looong time for them to arrive lol These products practically cost nothing compared to the ones I already have so no harm in trying :)
Yes, fluidlines/gen liners tend to go dry which is why I think getting it for cheaper (eBay) works better, esp. since you can throw them when they go dry and not have to worry about reviving them, and reviving reminds me, the pros use a few drops of MAC's mixing medium or you can use Visine (eye drops, contact solution doesn't work as good since it's practically water consistency, Visine works much better), you can google it for more info but it is def. revivable.
And Ashiii, my order took 2 1/2 weeks to come but was worth it, it was a little melted due to the heat but I let it sit at room temp. and it worked great, used it on the waterline also.

when do u go out to buy liner r kajal which things that u prefer while buying?? like brands name or quality like that keeps long, gives good colour???? etc etc

the first gel liner that i tried was maybelline and i love it! Havent needed to try any other one but as soon as i have a bit of extra money I may try out others!
