Chicken mayo cutlets
chicken boiled and mashed
mayonnaise, garlic mayo sauce, black pepper,white pepper,Chinese salt, normal salt,- mix all well, dip in egg, roll in bread crumbs and fry.

Mango cream
Make custard as instructed on a box, cut mangoes in cubes, spread a layer of mangoes in a dish, pour over the custard, beat the cream and a little bit of castor sugar, spread on top. Its that simple:)
