Okay I admit my home village was called Dil Muhammad (sallaho alyhi wassalaam)

It means heart of the Prophet and there could be no better village in all the world… :jhanda:

It is 30 miles from Rawal Pindi, if you head towards GujarKhan you will pass it along the old road from Sui. It is marked by three wells and three shrines and it has some of the best land in the country…

It is a fair sized village of 300 or so houses all were once joined by an outer wall which while it remains to this day many newr houses are built outside it… the Village has seen many armies and empires pass but none has ever breached the inner wall, local legends holds that the Sikh armies of Ranjeet singh attacked this little village twice but could not take it.

A few miles down the road there is a place called Sangnee it is famous for it’s legendary fort, men of our village once manned it’s mighty walls.
