I didn't ask for what Mullahs think of him. I asked about whether he is the same Munkir-e-Hadith. Its not a swear word, munkir means the one who denies hadith.

^ Allama parwez did not deny hadith or sunnah in essence but he did not accept any hadith report that in his understanding of the quran clashed with the quranic message as he understood the hadit report. This is true about any aalime deen or mazhab so parwez cannot be singled out on that issue.
