i though in north people hunt Markhoors …i have been to Gilgit n Hunza but never saw a jackal there

Markhors are protected species brother only shoot them if they threaten you.

Shooting pests like Jackals and wolves is okay if they threaten livestock.

Wolves are still plentyfull i guess but thanks to hunting the Jackal has become rarer.

Thats great news… shows some kids have continued with my job… :cb: Seriously they are pretty hard to find during the day but at night they are most active they are naturally a nocturnal hunter.

May be once i saw a jackal at the Fairy Meadows :e6: i think so…

P.S i have always been a fan of Gilgit N Hunza n hopefully someday i will be there again

I would shoot those people for free... Markhor is a protected species but i once saw Yankee poachers who paid 4000 dollars to hunt them and Ibex... unlucky for them they were sent back empty handed but i guess the illegal poaching still happens.

Good old days when cell phones were not common people used to have pagers. My first job was at the local paging company in Karachi (DC Pagers) as an operator.

We used to take messages on phone and page it to the person with pager. You can guess I have paged all kind of messages from mehbooba to ajooba, from extremist to terrorist. Aaah good old days.

Girls at that time knew that DC pager operators will be up all night so they used to call us and talk for hours at night. Hum bhi uss age main theey k khotee bhee shehzadi lagtee thee :D

first job ... chester fried chicken at the age of 17-18 ... we had tons of fun in highskool with that money ... alot of shopping and lunch times ... and funded my prom shopping/ticket

:hmmm: customer service at ZELLERS and quiet frankly have no idea where the money went, now that i think about it i still dont know where my money goes and its been more then 10 years i have been working :frusty:

The first job I got paid for was delivering newspapers. I can't remember exactly where I spent that money. It was too long ago.

I was interning at what 19 for IGO. Oddly enough got paid for it when internships are always unpaid. Money went straight to my mom.

I looked after the pre-schoolers when I was in hi-school. Salary went to mom. Seems like centuries ago...
