saks… just remember one thing.. buy what you can afford!!! dont think about the money that you may have 5 years later.. think about what you can pay right now and then get the fixed rate so nothing changes!!!

Youre absolutely right. I realize that my first home won’t be my forever home so I have to be smart and get something we can afford and not be house poor basically.
