Re: your favourite female sahaba

First as AQ said, know how to use your terms, Allaah is mentioned explicitly in the the Noble Quran Surah Taubah:100. Check it out, we got to give respect to the companions of the Prophet.

Since you tend to reject the Hadith, but this time I have provided the reference of the Quran. RadiAllaahuanhu(May Allaah be pleased with her)

Get you history right, its my request to you it was 15 years and not 20 years, whats wrong with the generation of today they can precisely give the age difference between Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta but not the ones who were the Foundation of Islam and True Religion.

I agree, she did approach him, but not directly it was done through a cousin and she spoke to Abu Talib before, well since this is the Hadith I do agree you will ignore it, unless it matches your requirement.

Well last but not the least Islam did not come to match your requirement, but came as mercy to Mankind, well at times some incidents used to go against the desire of Prophet but Allaah admonished the dear Prophet and Prophet lived by the Quran, the Word of Allaah, Exalted he is.

Re: your favourite female sahaba

Fatimah Bint Prophet Muhammed SAW

An extremely courageous, brave pious woman and so much piety that earned the title of the leader of Women in paradise subhanallah!

Fatimah Bint Prophet Muhammed SAW

Prophet SAW told his daughter Fatimah Ra 'Would you like to be the leader of women in Paradise?

Allah's messenger SAW said:

"One day Angel Gibrael came and told me the glad tiding that Fatimah RA will be the leader of women in Paradise".

Aisha RA Narrated;

"She bore a remarkable resemblence to Allah's messenger SAW. Her way of speaking, sitting, standing and walking-in other words all her manners and gestures were exactly like his."

Taken from the book,

'The great Womem in Islam who were given the good news of Paradise' By Mahmood Ahmad Ghadanfar revised by sheikh safiur-rahman al-mubarakpuri

This book has all the women great women of Islam and it is indeed a great read with excellent references from the Quran sunnah and authenticated hadith.

Re: your favourite female sahaba

Musailmah was on the opposition, so he was a kuffar anyway of course he did not adhere to islamic rulings anyway.

Secondly many women participated in the battles, for example Umm Ammarah Naseebah RA took part in the battle of Uhud, battle of Hunain, the war of Yamamah and the treaty of Hudaibiyah.

‘Umar Ibn Khattab RA says, the Prophet saw once told him that in the Battle of Uhud wherever he turned, whether to the right or the left, he saw Umm Ammarah RA fighting to defend him’.

First as AQ said, know how to use your terms, Allaah is mentioned explicitly in the the Noble Quran Surah Taubah:100. Check it out, we got to give respect to the companions of the Prophet.

First, know how to speak respectfully to another muslim person, then try to present your point of view in a respectful manner.

What does Surah Taubah have to do with anything? Expand your statement, please.

Since you tend to reject the Hadith, but this time I have provided the reference of the Quran. RadiAllaahuanhu(May Allaah be pleased with her)

Again, tameez say. I don't reject hadith. I simply question them when something doesn't seem right.

Get you history right, its my request to you it was 15 years and not 20 years, whats wrong with the generation of today they can precisely give the age difference between Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta but not the ones who were the Foundation of Islam and True Religion.

From what I learned growing up from people I KNOW are good muslims and are knowledgeable about their faith, I understand the difference is 20 years. Regardless, I don't know what difference 15 and 20 years makes, so what's your point? To just fight for the sake of fighting? Real mature.

I agree, she did approach him, but not directly it was done through a cousin and she spoke to Abu Talib before, well since this is the Hadith I do agree you will ignore it, unless it matches your requirement.

Whether she did it directly or not makes no difference. In desi culture, a male makes the first move. If a female decides she wants to marry someone and makes the first move, she and her family, etc are seen in a negative way. In many western cultures, men are also given the upper hand to make the first move. Therefore, Khadija (R) actions were pretty groundbreaking for her time.

If she went through another male, it doesn't mean the proposal came from that male. The proposal still came from Khadija (R).

Re: your favourite female sahaba

I think I misread. :smack: Thank u for ur clarification.
