I fly on Emirates quite regularly. Although it's a very good airline overall, I do notice that there is a difference in their level of service depending on which sector you are flying on. Flights from Dubai to Europe or other Middle Eastern cities are much better in terms of service than flights from Dubai to the Subcontinent.
That doesn't mean that their service to Pk/India, etc. is bad. It's probably still better than most other airlines serving that route. But there is a noticeable difference.
Totally agree! You have to book that leg in bussiness class, cause the coach from Dubs to Karachi is awful. I am not trying to be mean but their idea is that everyone in coach is going to be the mazdoors and with PIA cutting flights some are taking Em. Generally from the US to Europe Em. Coach is better than bussiness class on Virgin Atlantic and the service and food is better than bussiness on Swiss and Lufthansa.
