I like lots of soups... lentil and butternut squash, pretty much all the common chinese/thai/japanese soups, french onion soup, cream of tomato soup, gazpacho (cold soup), french garlic soup, pumpkin soup, bouillabaisse, crab bisque, garbure...
Way too many to name :)
