Sandwiches…people love my sandwiches. I guess because I like getting creative with them so I get requested to make them a lot.

Chicken salad
Roast beef
Turkey
Tuna salad
Caprese
Veggie salad
Open face sandwiches

I want to know the method/spices for roast beef. I don’t eat beef usually but I need sandwich ideas and I’m fed up of chicken/tuna/salmon

I haven’t cooked enough or on a big scale for people yet.
