Depends on the day, But ussually morning starts at 5am prompto, followed by 3-5k run.
Half hour sparring or cross training… or half hour multiples of training.
then shower and breakfast.
Get the college bus for 8:30am or depending on day the train to work.
Arive for 9:am and basically spend day either at college working on cars or at work in the garage… or some days like now at home relax before afternoon shift at the other job.
I work part time for one job and full time for another 
Ussually finish about 5pm or so, followed by either second job shift till 8pm or martial training till 7pm.
then relax at home, or go out with friends to places or have them come round mine. You know the usual stuff.
Then back home by 11pm, unless its friday in which case i go to london over night to visit my friends and murshid sahib.
And finally a quick thankyou prayer before bed time ussually just after midnight?
