My younger brother just knows I know more stuff than him and he ALWAYS asks and listens without a fuss, no problems ever

Definitely. I feel that since I've been through so much of the stuff my little sister is going through, and I have done so recently, as opposed ot my parents,I should try and step in when needed. I do try to step back at times when I feel I'm being over-bearing or where she doesn't need full on support, just a push in the right direction. She should make her own mistakes like I did and decide for herself, a lot of the times it means biting my tngue and shutting up :P
