You can’t technically make kachoombar out of khichri. It’s impossible. Khichri is made of rice and lentils. Kachoombar is finely diced onions, tomatoes, cilantro and cucumbers seasoned with salt, lemon juice and red pepper, usually eaten as a side with that khichri you know nothing of. Just fyi.
