I let my 3.5 yo watch some extra TV if I want to do something.I just made her do that last evening.
She sleeps in our bed.We have made peace with it.We do not like it a lot though.
I let her eat pretzels instead of fruit sometimes for her evening snack.

I am sure there will be more stuff too…

pretty much the same. except i like it that she sleeps with us. she’s like a nice warm teddybear that kicks us in the face randomly.
