Headaches everwhere! oh well Allah help you all thanks for FAsanti and PK for thier help to my fellow people of guppyland. I have severe wrist pains due to continued excersise/torchure by doing wrist stands upside down wrist pessups etc.
My own cure for headaches is rather stupid and not to be tried by anybody unless they are fanatical warriors or something, my theory being that if you have pain in one place ease it by distributing it elsewhere.
So if i have a headache i tend to run a mile barefoot over common roads to tughen my feet and to redistribute my pains........ now if you think it's madness spare a thought for my poor tormented soul, afterall i am the same fellow who sticks his hands into stingers to make tham stronger and breaks wallnuts with fingers when most people get nutcrackers or something.
Little wonder why doctors and dentists tell me that i'll soon have athritis and lose some of my teeth, but hey someone has to protect the week. ;)

My dear Fasanti- Thank you sso much for opening this thread! As u are aware- Ive had a migraine that has lasted a full two days - what started it was me not keeping me fluids up- extreme heat and photocopying a mass load of papers and not eating- I had to take 400mg of a pain killer and sleapt in a dark room and no noise- I felt that a combination of not drinking. eating and sun cerainly induced my migraine- its the 3rd day and with all your duahs alhamdolilah Im feeling much better I also have to say that consequently, the fact that GShupping has become a ritual for me- this hasnt helped and in fact made my migraine worse- the moral of the story is that I cant really get on in life without a GSHUP session- I have withdrawal symptoms (like rattiness and a yearning to load the GS page even whilst at work) and have realised that as long as im drinking chai, munching on some Pringles- low fat of course, and am sat in shade and have doped myself up with painkillers - I am still able to GS and perform!!!!
Ps : Mass photocopying is advised only in a dark room!!!

wese head ache cán actually be cured by massaging da feet from a certain pressure point.
even back aches and other aches…
its all in da foot
but im serious here, a foot has many pressure points dat even relate to our organs such as the heart, lungs and even galbladder.
