Root cause analysis is NOT about a 'scenario'; it is about finding THE fact.
Unfortunately Pak's RCA seems to be 'just playing scenario analysis".
right! while spending time finding facts till we have 3 more bomb blasts coming weeks? and kill 100 more innocent lives.
I do not disagree with looking at the root cause, but right now I do not believe looking into fact is going to stop these blowing up people. It needs to put to stop NOW.
