But you know what this happened to my parents on a vacation (I slept through it). Someone started banging on our isolated cottage in kashmir. The banging continued on the roof and when they looked outside through the window there was no one even though someone was still banging on their door. The caretaker told us in the morning it was a giant flying cat. Turns out it was merely a giant bat. Shakal kuch aisi ho gi.
