Agree that respect should be maintained in this regard, but this is not limited to PTI youths, there are countless examples of youths of pretty much every political parties acting that way which should be condemned and party leadership needs to take care of this cruel behavior, lekin kiyaa karain the siasi culture of Pakistan is messed up big time.
The other thing is (about the highlighted part) is that no there are no such protocols to salute a civilian who does not hold any public office.
