Depression doesn’t always have to be long term.
The optimists might once have gone through it too…how would you know ?
Have you heard of nervous breakdown ? Panic attacks ? Post traumautic depression ? Post natal depression ? And so on …
You think these ppl don’t believe in the power of God ?

They do believe, but their belief is weaker as compared to the strong perception of problem they are facing. wo kehte hain na wo ander se toot gaya. What does that tootna means. Uska apne aur khuda per bharosa toot gaya
