If its sleeveless then its formal (heavy)enough as the sleeveless part adds glam to the outfit if not then too light.

It's cute...if you are short, make the kameez shorter otherwise it will drag you down too much. Also, if you have wide hips or a big butt this outfit is a definite no-no. otherwise i agree it's gorgeous.
