Hi saba,
Are you gettin the bridal outfit from his latest collection? I was also planning to get my bridal from yas. And yea, they are pretty quick at replying. But they are telling me if i want to order, i have to order it now, coz it takes 3 months, and my wedding is in november. And unfortunately i dont live in pak, so dont know what to do :( Dont want to order without seeing it in real...
saimab33, you have any pic u can share? How is the kaam?

yh the outfit i liked is from his latest collection…(its red long shirt with blackish lehnga..i think some did post a picture here)
the prices are very reasonable(compare to other designers) ..i was told that the outfit was around 250,000 rupees… they can make any changes i want (i wanted to add sleeves)..i have tried to attach the pic of the outfit at the bottom
and they can also adjust to onez budget …bridal range starts from 130,000
but my problem is same as yours Miss tuktuk …i don’t live in pak either …so i am a bit hesitant aswell

actually the red one from YAS is also 250,000 ...which is reasonable compare to other designers

I dont have any upclose pictures. these were the best that I could find. but the stitching and kaam is done very neatly, and with a lot of care. I did not have to fix anything about the stitching.

It was a gift from my in-laws, so I dont know his price range. but a few girls have mentioned that his bridals start at 130, 000 and go up towards 250,000. I think his formal/party wear line probably is about 40,000 and upwards.

Really? That's a pretty good price...especially after hearing how much other designers are charging for bridals.

^^ but you see the quality is just not there im afraid especially if it IS a YAS....i think we're slightly disapointed :( i know i am....are u definetly sure its YAS? it has a YAS label and all yea? :(

my sister in law is friends with YAS, and they had it made by him especially for the engagement, and yes it has a YAS label inside. I am not the type to make copies of designer outfits, and then parade them around as designer. It is not meant to be a formal outfit, it is just party wear.

i emailed them to get some prices..they are super super nice and very quick to respond

ok so the first one grey and purple is 200,000 RS

second one ivory is 250,000RS

3rd one is my fave its a very simple and elegant red bridal and i jst loveeeeeee the cut…i asked if i cud change it to a lehnga and they said of course it is 175,000RS which i think is totally awsome!!

and last but not least my faveeeeee piece…im scared my mom will freak at the black but its really elegant and i think the way shez photographed shows alot of the black if u wer sitting id say it wud just peek through…its 300,000 RS but id probably make alterations

if anyone has a real bride image of the black and red do post :smiley:

my cousins cousin wore black and red (more red, less black). I dont have any pictures, but i heard it looked really hot. I wanted to wear black on my engagement, and my mom freaked out, so i probably wouldnt even attempt it for my wedding. But, black is such an elegant colour. Good luck with trying to convince your mom.

Yeah I'm really liking the last one as well...it's lovely. Although the black does look gorgeous I would probably change it to another colour. I'd love to see a real bride in this outfit as well!
