btw Faisal Pathfinder is cool, size is also normal and a 7-seater. Kinda like Armada but small. I don't know why you don't like pathfinder.

good point, pathfinder is pretty kewl. I could not convince begum because she was set on mdx, which we are very happy with, but I was trying to save money :)

We test drove a Pathfinder. Didn't like the drive of the vehicle. It actually drives like a truck, and it was way under-powered for its weight. Plus my wife absolutely hated the exterior styling. The exterior is kinda boxy and very masculine. And the problem with exterior styling is that if you don't like it, you don't like it and since its more a personal taste than anything objective so there is little you can do to convince someone to like it.

yup pathfinder is definitely not women car / choice.

One more cheap and stylish 7-seater Mitsubishi Montero/Pajero. It's a great family car. Ladies also like this car.

Actually you are right. I overlooked it. For some reason I thought that it is the station-wagon version of their CTS. It probably is, but they have made a good effort in making it look like an SUV. I just checked it out online and seems to be a decent candidate. Can’t say I am too too crazy about Cadillac’s angular design cues, but will also check it out at a dealership.

How long do you think Cadillac will continue before revamping their designs? I’d hate to buy a car when its styling is to be replaced in a short time.

The 2008 CTS is being launched. Personally I would expect a new SRX to follow for 2009 at the latest.
