They completely killed the ****** son storyline. Kennedy would have been perfect :( . I still hope this is a swerve and Kennedy will be the "real" ******* son Vince had been looking for!*

The only possible way they could have dragged the angle down and out, and they went ahead and did it. The worst possible way to conclude a well-thought angle, a series of segments to build and give the credibility to a superstar who is an upper mid-carder and give him a push of his life. This is the third time that Ken Kennedy has been robbed, and I mean literally. First he was to win the World Heavyweight Championship at this past Wrestlemania; the angle was dropped due to him sitting on the injured list. When he did win the MITB contract at Mania, he soon lost it out to Edge as he had to undergo another major surgery. He is now suspended for a 30-day WWE wellness policy. Third time that a guy has been robbed of his opportunity. Ken Kennedy would have already been one of the top superstars right now.
I wouldn't be surprised if the viewing audience have to push themselves a little further to get themselves interested in watching RAW. How on earth can this benefit Hornswoggle is beyond me. One scenario that could be played out is that they might want to extend this angle further by stating that Triple H tampered with the DNA test results. Judging by how Trips was hysterical, I think that is the only possibility left in furthering this storyline.
My two cents on the matter. :-)
Re: WWE..
Anyone up for Unforgiven tonight? The card looks as follows:
WWE Championship
John Cena vs. Randy Orton
World Heavyweight Championship
Khali vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Batista
WWE Tag Team Titles
Cade & Murdoch vs. London & Kendrick
World Tag Team Titles
MVP & Matt Hardy vs. Deuce & Domino
Womens Title
Candice Michelle vs. Beth Phoenix
ECW Championship
CM Punk vs. Elijah Burke
HHH vs. Carlito
Undertaker vs. Mark Henry
Re: WWE..
Undertaker given precedence over the company titles?
This PPV has been a disappointment. A non-title match headlining was a major blow. Regardless of whether the ring was to be blown to pieces or Henry set on fire, Undertaker's hold over the major titles, all of the storylines associated with it and every little segment that was put together does not warrant a PPV headline. The crowd was dead silent after the WWE title match. I have seen Steven Richards get a bigger reaction on Sunday Night Heat.
Unforgiven, a stepping stone to the upcoming No Mercy PPV. When will WWE put an end to this? Every PPV seems a throw-away to the next event.
Re: WWE..
Batista should had the last match as he was getting the title back. strange decision!

Re: WWE..
Attended a Smackdown/ECW house show on Saturday. The overall show was decent. I had third row ringside seats and the arena was quite small and compact, which made for better viewing for everyone who were in upper levels. It was completely sold out, over 4500 tickets were printed. Before the show, I had arrived in the city approximately 4 hours earlier. Stood outside the parking lot for the entire time. First one to arrive after I got there was Michelle McCool, Victoria and the Major Brothers. Followed by Chuck Palumbo, Justin Roberts, Tim White, Matt Hardy, Jimmy Wang Yang, Khali, Batista and Matt Striker. Striker was very nice, he came to greet people outside, signed autographs and took pictures for 20 minutes.
The matches on the card went terribly long. Everything was drawn-out, lots of crowd-playing moments. The evening started out with the national anthem interrupted by the tag team of Burchill/Taylor. Lots of USA chants. Major Brothers won the match. ECW Championship match included Burke and Punk. As Burke came to the ring, he grabbed the mic and just trashed the town. Lots of people were cheering him earlier, and I thought it was timely that Burke did such a thing. It further added to his heel heat. That was a good match. Other notable drawn-out matches included the tag team championships. Hardy won with the Twist of Fate. MVP threw a tantrum and pushed Hardy who then pushed MVP right back. In the end, Matt end up giving MVP a Twist of Fate.
The divas match had Victoria and Michelle McCool. The actual match was very decent, with both females working on each other's body parts.
The championship match ending the show was a lackluster. Batista and Khali with interferences from Mark Henry and Finlay. Khali picked up the belt and hit Batista's head with the referee's back turned. Batista won with a spinebuster at the end.
The signs I had made for the show, a few of them include:
On perhaps one of a very few positive notes of the evenings, I met up with the sign guy, Rick Achberger. Really nice person, extremely humble. As usual, he was seated in the first row towards the wrestler's entrances and interacted with everyone who came out.
I am going to another one this Saturday, a house show again. Meh...

thanks for sharing. Your wwe posts are always very entertaining.
Re: WWE..
Thoughts on the potential return of Chris Jericho and all the returning superstars coming back from their 'vacation'?
I was just disgusted at how the main event was booked. A lesson had to be learnt by Kennedy, and fingers crossed that it is perhaps the last time ever that he is ever booked like this. I mean, tapped out to a horribly-placed finishing maneuver in 5 seconds? Billed as "First time ever" for all night long and look how it turned out. From a business/corporate standpoint, it was much needed. Nothing much to say about it, other than hoping for Jericho (and the JeriTron 5000)'s magical return. Any guesses as to when and where? I would think Cyber Sunday would be a good fit for this. The reason the vignettes have started to air two weeks before No Mercy is obviously to help the buyrates. The card is just passable, at best. Anyone planning on watching the PPV?
Would love to read some opinions on the current state of wrestling.

BREAKING NEWS!
From WWE.com
WWE Champion John Cena has suffered a complete tear of his right pectoral tendon and is heading into surgery, according to noted orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews. Because of the seriousness of the injury, WWE officials will not allow Cena to compete this Sunday at No Mercy, and he will have no choice but to surrender the title.
Dr. Andrews said Cena could miss between six and eight months of action. Cena was injured during his match Monday night on Raw with Mr. Kennedy. Before visiting Dr. Andrews, Cena had said, “No matter how serious, the injury, one way or another I’ll be ready to compete on Sunday.”
But despite Cena’s vow, WWE officials will not allow him to compete at No Mercy. Therefore, he must surrender the WWE Championship.
WWE officials vow that there will be a WWE Championship Match this Sunday at No Mercy and a new WWE Champion will be crowned.

It seems like Cena is really hurt. The pictures and video of his operation are available on wwe website.
Re: WWE..
"History will be made" - McMahon. Crossing fingers, it indeed will.
In your opinion, who will be the new crowning WWE champion?
My picks (in order):
1) Mark Henry - (Is able to draw heat but terrible wrestling-wise).
2) Randy Orton
3) Chris Jericho - (Distant third)
There is so much buzz going around, will Jericho hold the crown?
Re: WWE..
Break the walls down monkies, Jericho is coming back to town!
Re: WWE..
Orton handed the title during the first ten minutes of the PPV = History repeating itself.
The top heel on RAW being buried by Triple H's insatiable ego = History repeating itself.
Umaga cleanly buried, second-biggest heel on RAW, two PPV's in a row = History repeating itself.
The only decent point was Orton retaining the title back at the end. The first match should never have happened, the only thing it added to the overall scheme of things was a number to Triple H's ten title reigns. Unexpectedly, the best match of the night goes to the Smackdown title match.
6 days, WWE had 6 days to paint the WWE title picture, and this is the end result. A big disappointment!
Onto Jericho's return at Cyber Sunday; Edge and Shawn Michaels at Survivor Series. So far, 2007 has been the worst year WWE has gone through, with injuries and the steroids/Congress scandal.
Re: WWE..
Dhobi, come on! The last man standing match was amazing. Just wait for a few weeks, Jericho will be back as our "saviour"!

Dhobi, come on! The last man standing match was amazing. Just wait for a few weeks, Jericho will be back as our "saviour"!
I will give you that it ended on a rather decent note, but was there a point in having the first match and Triple H winning by a roll-up? A roll-up!? It worked 10 years ago between Shawn and Bret; for numerous reasons. It was Michaels' first-ever WWF title reign. Bret was the biggest heel character going into the match. It was the Ironman match, lasting more than an hour, both giving it all. This is Triple H we have. And just why is it that we have to look for outside sources as a measure of saving the company? Three weeks ago, there was no sign of Jericho. Cena was the company's biggest cash cow machine, and just three weeks later, what do we have? Some "Save Us 222" vignettes and Edge's return to look forward to, at the Survivor Series?
One thing that I despise the most is when people get handed things over, instead of having to fight for it. Even though Orton probably deserved it, he still should have fought for it, before, and not after. Did you see the reaction of the crowd when Triple H walked in last to end the PPV? Who cared? Chicago has always been one of the biggest wrestling hubs. A mediocre pop from them, barely any better than the one at Summerslam. One night, all it took for people to move on from Triple H's much-anticipated 11th title reign.
